TOFU FLOSS
(Serves 5)

Ingredients:
2 boxes Unicurd Pressed Tofu
4 pcs seasoned Chinese pickle,

   chopped
1 tsp dried shrimp, chopped
1/2 tsp ginger root, grated
1 Tbsp spring onion, chopped
3 Tbsps soybean oil
1/2 tsp of sesame oil
5 leaves lettuce

Seasoning:
1 Tbsp Chinese pickle sauce
2 tsps sugar
A pinch of salt


Method:
Mash tofu well and allow to drain for 10mins. Heat oil, stir fry mashed tofu for about 10 mins until dry and crispy. Add Chinese pickle, dried shrimp, ginger, spring onion and seasoning. Fry until fragrant. Sprinkle few drops of sesame oil. Dish up and serve on a bed of lettuce.

Hot Tips: To lower the fat content, use a non-stick pan to stir-fry the mashed tofu.
