We use the best quality identity preserved non-GMO soybeans. We only select those grades with the protein content and amino-acid profiles which we know from our long experience to be most suited for tofu making.
Then with sheer hard work and fastiditious adherence to cleanliness we convert these hard unyielding soybeans into tastier healthy Unicurd food products.
Unicurd tofu are packed with freshness sealed in, and then pasteurized. With our high speed automated continuous lines, many of our tofu products require a short time between the time the soybean is ground, milk cooked, to the time the product is sealed in.
Due to all these, Unicurd products have long shelf lives and yet do not contain any preservatives. Unicurd products meet the Health Promotion Board Guidelines and qualify for the “Healthier Choice” symbol on our label. Unicurd products are all “Halal" Certified.
