Yakko Tofu

A traditional Japanese soft tofu with a distinct fragrance, it is best served chilled with soy sauce, garnished with ginger and spring onions.

Unicurd™ Yakko Tofu has a rich beany taste as it is made from 100% premium Soya beans*. Unicurd™ Yakko Tofu has 25% more calcium than regular Tofu. With higher calcium, it helps one to build strong bones and teeth.

Unicurd™ Yakko Tofu also has a high amount of Isoflavones which allows one to prevent heart disease.FDA states that consumption of 25 grams of soy protein a day, as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease. A serving of Unicurd™ Yakko Tofu supplies 5.8 grams of soy protein.
